If you happen to catch the news, you'll see photos of California state legislators sleeping in all-night session this past weekend as they tried to hammer out a budget agreement to stave off insolvency.
Nevertheless, they found time on Valentine's Day to re-refer AB 5 - the California Electronic Discovery Act - to the committee on the judiciary.
